While in Provincetown, MA I spent my early mornings walking along the beach. With the beach to myself I had time to meander slowly, looking at everything with an artist’s eye. While the water and landforms were lovely, it was the beauty of these strong and resilient weeds that captured me. This painting is part of a series capturing these irresistible plants.
